About Veronica
Veronica Mantilla is an associate at Kurker Paget LLC. Her practice focuses on representing employers in a variety of employment and litigation matters, assisting higher education institutions in ensuring compliance with Title IX, and conducting internal investigations. Veronica has completed multi-day trainings with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and Grand River Solutions, and has worked on various investigations the firm has conducted. Veronica’s training and experience has prepared her to investigate Human Resources matters, such as discrimination, harassment, and bullying, as well as Title IX matters, such as sexual assault and harassment, domestic violence, stalking, and other allegations of policy violations.
Prior to joining Kurker Paget, Veronica was an associate in the Litigation Practice Group at an Am Law 200 firm where she worked on a variety of complex litigation matters. Before entering the legal profession, she was a teacher in Denver, Colorado and participated in Teach for America in New Haven, Connecticut.
Veronica obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Binghamton University and a Master of Science in Educational Studies from Johns Hopkins University.
